I have been TSC for years and the quality and customer service has gone down dramatically . This is why we decided to move to a different distributor . We got new rep after new rep and we also had a bunch of issues with order never being shipped or the orders we did get shipped were the wrong size or damaged . There response was that they were sorry and would keep a close eye on our orders and the very next order we placed never got shipped . I love my local TSC Warehouse in Perry, GA. They always have my orders ready and they are very friendly. I had a rep that stopped returning emails and calls, but since I started just going to the warehouse and eliminating the middle man, it's been a breeze. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the rep issue. The customer service and quick turn around at the Perry warehouse can't be beat.
I've used TSC for several years..and here lately stock has been limited to a certain amount of colors in one warehouse. And I've had to use the online chat a few times and each time the tscrep is very unfriendly and very slow to respond as well as very short with answers. However the email responses are always speedy and very helpful. Not sure what's going on but I hope it gets better soon.
Love working with TSC!!! They go above and beyond to help locate even the most random item requests!!! Everyone is pleasant and more than helpful!!
