I love this company and my rep is awesome! The tultex shirts are my favorite!
I have had a great experience with TSC. Marc Sellers did a great job of introducing me to TSC and they have delivered on everything i have asked. I am a small business trying to grow and they call me to remind me of Free Freight Friday. Samples are always available and Club TSC is an added bonus. Just got my first gift card. Takes awhile but well worth it. Best price on the Bayside Union shirts and a bonus after the job was done! Thanks!
Shipped incorrect product/sizes on multiple occasions. Terrible customer service.
Club TSC is a joke... they take your money for services and benefits they don't intend on following through with, then when you call them on it you get a run around like I have been getting since June... I get the same song and dance from each person I talk to, "I will check into it..." or "We have submitted the form..." Then when you contact the Club TSC card issuer that they gave you the number for, not only are the folks on the other end rude but they inform me that, "We don't have the forms that TSC is suppose to issue s... read more
They lie about their club membership benefits, and have no interest in dealing with small businesses. They screwed over a small disabled veterans owned business and then called us to tell us we were too stupid to understand their policies even though their email said we get four full quarters of benefits NO MATTER WHEN WE JOIN. That's a lie. Will never order again.
