Four months and still in back order, called several times. Bad customer service
I have been trying to reach them for 2 months. I have an invoice for $2.00 they said the would not charge me for. now they keep sending me late fees. NO ONE returns my calls. www.alphabroder.com. not shopping here again
I directed a client to the TSC website to pick a few shirts and not knowing any better they thought they needed an account. This client does own a motorcycle shop and somehow successfully opened an account with TSC. I’m super frustrated how this happens. How do we successfully run our business when it’s this easy for other businesses not in the industry to open accounts?
My original 3 suppliers were out of one shirt size I need TSC had it. So I need up having to pay $21 for 1 shirt due to a $4 and something handling charge and a $13 freight cost. I would of added to my order to make up for the shipping and handling charges but they were out of the other shirts I use for my business. I don't understand a charge over $17 for 1 shirt. 😞

I love TSC Apparel and the local Houston warehouse is great but their Club TSC is ridiculous. It clearly states rebates will be issued 10-15 days at end of quarter and here it is 2 months later and no rebate. TSC and the card issuer are each pointing the finger at each other. This is my first quarter in the club but apparently it’s the same every quarter and takes up to 6 months to receive?!? Ridiculous. Best customer service in the biz and Austin is THE MAN!!!!!
When we first switched to TSC the orders were flawless( and we order a lot of random pieces - such as 200 shirts and 185 of them will be different colors and sizes so I know my orders suck to pick.) Recently the orders are regularly packed incorrectly BUT our rep in Cincy- Hannah is THE BEST. Hannah always makes sure that we get the right pieces and is always so gracious.
