I had an 8am appt. I was brought back and 8:20 and left at 8:41. No explanation, no apology.. when I asked why my appt was so late and the name given was not the name that was texted to me. “C” called in sick and I “took the liberty “ of picking up your appt rather than rescheduling you.This for an initial appt and evaluation.. I’m sure my insurance was billed for an hour evaluation.. in actuality.. less than 20 minutes. I was told we were done and I could leave. The receptionist is waiting to make your appts. Andi and Brittany are wonderful physical therapists, who are caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have done an incredible job helping me recover from my knee replacement surgeries and I trust their instruction completely. The physical therapists here work closely with the physicians. Communication is key. You won’t find a more professional physical therapist, than you will here. A big thank you to both of you!
Thanks to Joshua, OT, I regained strength, and mobility, fast. He customized the exercises. The guidance was clear, and the progress was measurable. He is very knowledgeable. Also shout out to Byron for his support. This team truly knows their craft and cares about patient outcome.
