I was apprehensive of my first therapy session. But my 1st session was relaxed and reserved. Brittany Dominguez assigned 2 exercises to do at home, bike sessions twice daily and 3-5 minutes walking sessions daily.
Great staff. I’ve been improving &, they’ve made it easy doing it.
I was so happy to be referred to this clinic for my physical therapy needs. The exercises are tailored to my needs and take into account any restrictions I may have. I appreciate that the therapists working with me listen carefully to my feedback and tailor the work to fit both what I can accomplish and what would be most beneficial to my healing.
