I am a pediatrician who heads the pediatric pain and palliative care program at UCLA. I want to highlight to all how much I appreciate and admire Dr. Tsai. I think he is one of the brightest, most knowledgeable dentists I know and one of the most lovely humanistic clinicians one will ever meet. I've been with Dr. Tsai since he joined the practice and have found him to be beyond a wonderful addition to the office staff!! I now see only him--he has done at least 4 of my crowns--all without any pain whatsoever at any stage of the procedure, with the outcome looking phenominal!! Over the years I've gotten to know the entire staff, but I've never seen a patient have to wait more than a few minutes. Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that!
