This happened a few months ago, and it lives rent free in my head. We arrived well over an hour before close, and the staff were upset that my mother and I "didn't call" immediately upon entering. PLEASE READ: Don’t get your nails done here, waste of money you’re better off just painting your nails, didn’t offer my mom a refund on the horrid job looks like the nail tech just learned (didn’t learn correctly) how to do nails should be charging free

Worst. Jean doesn't know how to do nails and she was shaking the entire time. My nails look like crap. I have to go to another nail salon to get them removed and redone. Please DO NOT go there and waste your money. And she offered no solution when I told her they look awful and I didn't like them. Instead she argued back. $65 loss

First time there and it will definitely be my last. I just walked out nearly in tears. My nail tech (Trinh) misunderstood what I asked her to do with my natural nails and had already cut one of them basically to the nubs before checking to see if she was doing the right thing . . . I probably should have spoken up earlier, but was trying to be adaptable because I'd walked in an hour before closing . . .
