Good location right next to my work but the overall experience was pretty bad for a one night stay. Reception was rude and said “last name” before I even reached the front desk. They make you pay your room fee upfront, then also charge you a $100 authorisation fee which is redundant when you’re paying for your room before you check out? Every surface was coated in dust and flared up allergies I don’t have. No proper minibar and a tiny selection online. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location is very good, breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfy, pillow not so much but asked for 2 more which they kindly brought to the room. The view of the Adelaide hills was awesome, great sunrises and sunsets even from a low level. Though.. The car park is about 7 min walk away but it takes almost another 7 mins driving up 5-7 levels before finding a park and for $28 a night quite steep - try and get a free street park if you can on weekends.
