I've been for 2 sets of MRIs and x rays as well. My MRIs were an hour a half long each, but the tech, a younger male kept me entertained. He was funny, checked on my well being during a quick break before I went back in the tube for the next. Being one was for the brain, I had a lot of anxiety from the enclosure being so small, but a couple laughs between really helped. I was really impressed that they could get my son an appt in just two days and over the weekend. Very convenient. When I walked in, I had to go look for someone to check us in after waiting at an empty counter for 15 minutes. Then when going over the paperwork, the receptionist told me that I had a $289 SURPRISE co pay but I already met my deductible and this was NOT discussed when scheduling my appt over the phone. I came to the facility for the 2nd time for an MRA and when I arrived the sweetest woman told me they were backed up 1.5 hours so it'll be awhile. I left to get my charger 5min away and waited. The place was comfy, clean, and I watched "The Biggest Loser", so I didn't mind lol When it was my turn Matt the tech answered all my questions and made my experience overall pleasant :) I was able to get pictures of my brain and he explained what the test was as well.
