John Wayne called within minutes of my application being submitted. After asking a few more questions he calls back and says lets do this! Drove up to lot in 2005 grand am and thete sits the 2014 Buick Encore just waiting on me to test drive. An hour or so later Im driving home in that Encore. John answered all my concerns and made the experience wonderful. Even my dad was impressed. Highly recommended.

RecommendedJohn Wayne was an amazing person to deal with, from the very first second I stepped on the lot. I wouldn’t call him a salesman because I feel that wouldn’t be a complete description of everything he brings to the table with his job.
