Thought we were making the right decision by hiring this company. After their initial visit, they confirmed that we had chinch bugs. We hired them and convinced our neighbors to as well. We used the services for close to a year and our yard progressively got worse as well as our neighbors. Both us and our neighbors planted new sod and it died too. We use them for lawn service. We moved into our home December 2013 and the yard was a mess. We first used a national chain whose first name is close to TRUE and last name is the color of grass. They were a fiasco. Customer service awful! We switched to Trutco and we now have the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood! Great customer service, couldn't be happier.
I walked barefoot on my daughter's lawn when she first moved into her house. Ouch!!!!! Stickers in my feet. Well, she has Trutco services and now I can go barefoot and the grass feel s wonderful, oh yeah, and it's like a green carpet!
