I’ve bought and sold 50+ properties and by far the most unprofessional worst broker I’ve met. Showed up over an hour late, trashed talked my house, and didn’t offer any information at all. Found out later he was beating me up on price because he has a buyer that flips houses in the neighborhood. Made me feel awful about my own house. DO NOT HIRE LARRY!
