I’ve bought and sold 50+ properties and by far the most unprofessional worst broker I’ve met. Showed up over an hour late, trashed talked my house, and didn’t offer any information at all. Found out later he was beating me up on price because he has a buyer that flips houses in the neighborhood. Made me feel awful about my own house. DO NOT HIRE LARRY!

I can’t actually review how good his work is because I live in Canada, but his ads work great!! I was on a girls trip in Fort Lauderdale last summer and saw his advertisement on the benches around town and we all laughed so hard at the simple “trust Larry” is great marketing it made me cry hahah!! It caught our attention for sure!! A year later we still talk about it
