Apparently something has changed with this company. I called based on the reviews I found here. Over a period of 2 weeks or so I talked to a guy 2-3 times each time saying he would call would be by the house etc. If youre too busy to do what you say youre going to do then BE HONEST. I wasted valuable time. My guess is that this company wont be too busy for long if they keep up this kind of service.

Phil answered my call @ 8 AM when my broke down. He identified the issue at the theremostat, and fixed it. He charged the Freon for my unit and took care of problem with my ice dispenser in my refrigerator as well. All in one call. Highly recommended.

I really would like to thank Mr. Banz and his crew for coming out over the July 4th holidays. They fixed my a/c and I got my house cooled before my big party. I dont think my a/c has worked this good even when I bought the house. Always thought the ones that had the Master License were too high, but not this company. Just means he knows more too look for and can fix it faster.
Just wanted to let everyone know how satisfied I am with the A/C service from Banz Service Co. Of course my A/C went out late at night, but Phil came right out the next day and serviced it. One other company tried to tell me I needed a new unit but mine was only 5 yrs old. I will never trust them again, they are not Genisus....but Banz Service is.
