Well I wont let them back out Green Monster sent them out from Forth Worth, to Austin to fix my solar panel and recharge it. Worked about a day. I m tired of them and made them call a local plumber that can get here same day and answer my call first time.Hope this review helps someone else.
***WON T USE AGAIN***This company installed a solar hot water heater for me and did not seal the hole in my roof where th panels were harnessed too, now my roof is leaking.I do not receive any hot water above 110 degrees. Very unprofessional job.

When checking back through my emails I came back to the site to see any new reviews and notice my review was gone. So let me write it again to warn the public. Mr. Banz came out to my mobile home on May 11, 2011 becasue my lawn guy accidentally cut the thermostat wires to my AC. I would not tell anyone about this co. He had to come out 3 times for a simple repair to most. Van was so dirty had to buy things he could not find.Go check out Better Business Bureau, he has a D rating. Should be a F.

***DONT USE THIS COMPANY***I did not have a choice, he is a sub-contractor for Green Monster that I purchased a Soalr Water Heater from. The product works, but his workmanship is shotty to say the best. Not what a Master Plumbers work should look like.
I am surprised to see these negative reviews. Mr. Banz and his crew replaced my old troublesome furnace shortly after Thanksgiving. He is very knowledgeable and had a professional, courteous crew. I called him back a couple weeks later to have insulation put in my attic. I've noticed a significant savings in my energy bill and my house is much more comfortable. Thanks Banz Service for excellent service!
