Called in December over the holidays due to out of heat with a 3 year old Lennox. Of course I expected to pay higher rates due to holiday, but when I explained that it still was in warranty, I still got hit with an $89 dollar part cost for a new board. Which was not appropriate because it was under warranty. They explained that they had to do paperwork and turn it in, so the cost was justified.
