It is my pleasure to write this review. We worked with Trusted Caregivers, INC for just over 4 years until January when my mom passed. If it were not for Trusted Caregivers, INC we would not have been able to carry out mom's wishes for her to stay in her own home. I will start by saying my Dad passed away June 10th of this year. He was 2 months short of 100 years old! We as a family knew his wishes were to remain in his home. In early May of 2023 my brother, sister and I realized that we needed help if we were to honor his wishes. We contacted Trusted Caregivers, Inc and explained our hopes to Tonia and Tracy. I want to thank Trusted Caregivers for providing wonderful home care to my Dad....knowledgeable, caring, reliable, and personable...so very helpful to both him and our family. My mother lived in her home for 61 years and did not want to leave. She had to go to rehab after a fall. The care at the rehab was so terrible that I knew we had to do something different. I spoke to Tracy who immediately helped us with finding someone to come to my mom's house. My mother received the best care when she got home. Charmaine prepared wonderful meals. Our family used Trusted Caregivers when my nana was end of life. Charmaine became like family to us. She was compassionate, patient, understanding and extremely empathetic towards my grandmother but also my entire family. We’ll never forget her and the care she gave my nana during such an emotional and difficult time. I would recommend Trusted Caregivers to anyone I know and especially Charmaine.
