We used this team to rent out our home in Philly. Given how high of a percentage they take every month, we were extremely disappointed in what we received. A tenant had a water leak and they did not find a vendor to address it and were dragging on it for weeks. I was not present, but the repair was arranged with the vendor and trustart management and my Neighbor(downstairs). This was a utility sink. My neighbor and I share a basement. The vendor/technician was super prompt and efficient in clearing the drain and was very cleanly. Very satisfied
It was very easy to get a tour. Team communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Serhii was great in person and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience. Just have to get approved now!!
Ethan is a very understanding and attentive manager when it comes to rent issues, TrustArt is a company I’d recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place, this will be your best bet, I also like the fact that they have rules almost, like everyone is to respect anyone who lives below and or above them.
