I have been working with Loraine for a while now she has been very well with communication timing and effort to make things as easy as possible for me to do the work I need to do the work I need to do!! As a Roofing Company Owner that is extremely helpful!!
I recently had an issue with my cooling system, and TrustArt Realty handled it amazingly. I submitted a maintenance request, and within just a few hours, they sent a technician who got everything working perfectly. They kept me informed the whole time, and the repair was done quickly and professionally. It’s clear they truly care about their tenants. I couldn’t be happier with their service!
I was using a different company and had a pretty bad experience. When I made the switch to trustart the process could not of been easier. My house went up for rent extremely fast and the company has been great with keeping me updated throughout the entire process.
Lived in one of their properties for the last 5 years and it was a pleasure. They were all easy to work with, and quickly responded to any maintenance issue we faced.
Moving to an apartment that I got through TrustArtRealty was one of the best decisions I could have ever made . The people that work for TrustArtRealty are great at their job and truly care about their tenants. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I love the apartment it’s beautiful and am so greatful to have made such a great decision being a tenant.
