If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this property management company has been nothing short of a nightmare. On 8/20, my water heater broke, causing a major leak and water damage in the unit. Instead of taking swift action to resolve the issue, the company gave me and my 4.5-year-old daughter a 30-day notice on 8/22, claiming the unit was now "uninhabitable"—but not because they fixed anything, simply because they refused to. I recently had an issue with my cooling system, and TrustArt Realty handled it amazingly. I submitted a maintenance request, and within just a few hours, they sent a technician who got everything working perfectly. They kept me informed the whole time, and the repair was done quickly and professionally. It’s clear they truly care about their tenants. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

We used this team to rent out our home in Philly. Given how high of a percentage they take every month, we were extremely disappointed in what we received. A tenant had a water leak and they did not find a vendor to address it and were dragging on it for weeks.
