We just signed a lease with TrustArt Realty a few weeks ago, and they have been fantastic. We had a few requests to take care of before the move in and everything was handled fast and with amazing care. They have shown that they truly care about their clients and make sure any maintenance requests or inquiries are taken care of in expeditious manner.
I recently had an issue with my cooling system, and TrustArt Realty handled it amazingly. I submitted a maintenance request, and within just a few hours, they sent a technician who got everything working perfectly. They kept me informed the whole time, and the repair was done quickly and professionally. It’s clear they truly care about their tenants. I couldn’t be happier with their service!
Trustart Management has been managing our property going on 3 years. We are just watching how they handle our concerns and tenants. All the office staff are always very professional and knowledgeable. Very recommend!

We used this team to rent out our home in Philly. Given how high of a percentage they take every month, we were extremely disappointed in what we received. A tenant had a water leak and they did not find a vendor to address it and were dragging on it for weeks.
