I was using a different company and had a pretty bad experience. When I made the switch to trustart the process could not of been easier. My house went up for rent extremely fast and the company has been great with keeping me updated throughout the entire process.

I rented through TrustArt Realty for nearly two years, and it was the worst rental experience I've had in over 15 years of renting in New York City and Philadelphia. The biggest issue was communication.
