These Admin staff have no idea what they are doing. I was told to come pay $30 for patient file transfer and they made it seem like it was ready. I said I'd come today to pick up memory stick and then. When I got there nothing was ready and I was told come back next week. They wasted my time and didn't take responsibility. The reception is a joke!! Calls consistently go unanswered, even when staff are clearly present. On one occasion, I watched a receptionist remain on her personal phone while the clinic phone rang repeatedly without being addressed. This is not an isolated issue—it reflects a pattern of disregard for patients. The attitude at the front desk is equally concerning. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed has been a great doctor and really listens to his patients
I am so grateful to have Dr. Shayani as my family doctor. She is kind, caring, professional, patiently listens to all of my concerns, explaining things clearly. The clinic was clean and tidy. The receptionists are polite and accommodating as well. Highly recommend Dr. Shayani.
The office and doctor's rooms are always clean. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Despite the staff being always busy, Tehreen always greets patients with a smile on her face. Dr Ali is a wonderful doctor, and my family is grateful to have him looking out for our health. He listens to any and all concerns, and will always help.
