Dr Shiva Shayani Majd is our family doctor and we are very grateful and fortunate to have her. She is kind knowledgeable understanding and always takes time for us. I am writing this review after multiple negative and unprofessional experiences with the front desk staff at this clinic. Today, I was specifically called and instructed to come in to pick up completed paperwork. Upon my arrival, the receptionist changed the requirements without prior notice, insisting that my daughter had to be present.
