Found out the hard way that they are NOT in good standing with the State. Buyer beware - Credit Unions will NOT do business with them. When I contacted my sales person regarding this, "Alex" completely ghosted me. They made us give them a security deposit to hold the vehicle for 24 hrs while we got the check cut from the bank - and now they won't respond re: refunding it.

Terrible place
Get in writing that they will pay for anything you need fixed that they supposedly fixed while they had the vehicle in their possession! Read the whole review, it even gets better at the bottom! I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum from them in the beginning of May. It had highway miles on it and was worth the trip from PA to get a good look at it. Trust Auto had the car I wanted at the price I wanted also. They work with capital one to get my financing done �. Never felt cheated or like they were trying to hide anything about the car from me. Just after walking in the door I was handed the car fax report for the car I was buying. I traveled from over two hours away to buy the car...thank you Alex
