Everyone I dealt with here was amazing! Super kind, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They are very transparent about costs, and both times I came I was able to be seen almost immediately. They took wonderful care of my girl, thank you Truss!
If there were six stars, I'd give Truss Vet in Cary six. Great team there that took great care of my wounded dog at 7:30 pm. "Boone" walked out of there at 9:30, a bit groggy, but sutured up and good to go. Doctor, nurse, intake, reception - all professionals, kind, caring, efficient, competent, excellent communications. Can't say enough good things about this group. Highly recommend for any pet emergency. Icing on the cake: reasonably priced! Even a sports bar across the street for while you wait, ha! This is now the second time I didn't want to go to this place. And the second time that I was very impressed with how they treated me and my animals! Almost more important, no multiple hour wait before someone even puts eyes on your dog.
My puppy fell off the bed and broke her leg. They communicated well and went above and beyond any vet I have ever used. If I lived here they would definitely be my 1st choice for a vet. If your looking give them a try you won't regret it.
The Doc was funny and welcoming and staff polite and caring... I definitely recommend!!!
