Company went out of business!
Super sucks! Gorilla Balls sucks! It must suck, to suck! Trusmart, step up and get your all time achievement award. I changed my service, after paying them up, and they turned around and charged me twice as much as the new service provider. Not legit at all. Sad.
If someone want to have hard time, loosing money, receive bad service, TALK TO VERY AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE can dial this company number for service!!.
Very horrible experience. They're ramdomly cut off my light because of the system screw up. Didn't have a rational or logical explanation for it. Basically trying to argue with me over the phone horrible customer service horrible company to work with. I will never in my years refer anyone to this company and I have already put my business elsewhere. You should not ever use this company horrible horrible horrible!!!
No additional fees! TruSmart Energy's customer service agents process payments without charging a fee. I have to say, this is one of the first companies that I know of that doesn't make you pay an additional fee just to pay your bill or to talk to a live rep. Thanks!
