First off, TruNorth did not ask me to write a review. I have had two solar systems installed with TruNorth. One system about 12 years ago, that system was also taken off and reinstalled for a re-roof, as well as a system that has now been operational for about two weeks. I had 16 solar panels installed by TruNorth in July 2024, and the entire experience was fantastic! TJ and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions throughout the process. What really set TruNorth apart was their deep understanding of Dakota Electric's specific policies. We had 23 panels installed in February 2025. Our experience with TruNorth was outstanding. TruNorth was professional, informative, helpful and never pushy. We researched several companies and TruNorth's great reviews were spot on. We would 100% recommend them and would be happy to share our experience with anyone considering going solar.
