Trunk Club refuses to work with me about a problem, that's not my fault, so they won't serve me. That's fine, I will tell others to try Stitch Fix, Daily Look, they must don't like making money cause I would have brought items. I'll take my money elsewhere. Poor customer service, act like they listen to your preferences but only send you what's in stock. My address is flagged because someone stole my credit cards and use my address, on my end I got it fixed (not like I can move) but they still won't let me use service. They ... read more

My fiance and I had such a good experience here. Haley Ellis is the best and knew just what we wanted. We got a custom shirt for my fiance for the wedding.
We had Conley as our stylist. She was so patient with us while we were torn betweenness styles and fits. She nailed it at the end and we left with a full outfit from head to toe. Highly recommend this for picky guys to find the right mix of trendy with classic.
