I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bui this morning. He listened to my concerns and understood my situation completely. He was very supportive of my ideas about what caused my leg pain. Many doctors do not listen to women intently about pain. Dr. Bui understood my condition and was empathetic, supportive. It was a positive experience. Sadly, I cannot recommend this doctor. I saw him for a second opinion. I have some unusual issues that are possibly connected with my vascular problem. I was there to ask questions based on his experience and expertise. However, Dr. Bui did not seem comfortable with that. In fact, he became defensive. This is not a trait I can accept in any doctor.
Dr Bui is an excellent surgeon and a very pleasant person. He did my procedure very easily and with minimal pain. His staff is top notch. I highly recommend him.
The front office is extremely rude. I cancelled the appointment after arriving because I felt I could not trust someone with my health care that would have people like they have in their front office.
