Apart from the fantastic staff I found the place disapointing. I much prefer other properties when visiting.

I expected a big league hotel, but instead was disappointed. The hand towels were very tiny. Many of the products in the room were made in China. Most of the occupants were white males, but they did, at least, have some diversity among their janitorial staff.
Deeply disappointed with my experience. I offered alternative payment in the form of my library card and it was declined.
The chef's special was Cheetos, The room smelled like burnt crosses and the elevator "music" was some guy yelling about walls.
