Nice afternoon drinks great view of the river. Service was very good
Someone said "expect to be treated different if you dont look filthy rich". Well I came in to register in a t-shirt and jeans, and I don't look filthy rich, nor even close. The staff at the door and front counter couldn't have been nicer. The staff at the terrace were extremely kind and sat us on the rail with a great view down the river and the London hotel. they do not honor their booking . com prices very unfair
It's full of affluent and wealthy people who can afford to live and stay overnight and Trump and his Republicans can raise millions for campaigns while drawing out the voices of dissent and powerless.
Best rooftop terrace in Chicago. I make an effort to go here every time I'm in town. The food and drinks are excellent and the staff are all really friendly and professional.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff. We stayed here to be close to the Buffet concert. The red line is right around the corner. We were dressed for the concert, and very casual, but we were treated very well. A previous poster said he had a different experience but that was not the case with us. The room service was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel! Extremely top notch very classy. The views on the skydeck were gorgeous!
