Matt in reservations is awesome. He hooked us up with a 4pm late checkout and gave us an amazing discount and a free room upgrade. Service is GREAT.
Very nice rooms, spa facilities are limited and the sound from the highway and train tracks can be annoying. I'd stay again but only on the strip side away from the noise.
Walk through the mall to get to the Strip. Don't walk down the street, not that safe!
Use the Desert Inn Road.
One of the few places in Vegas that doesn't smell of smoke and isn't loud. BUT it does smell of potpourri or something in the lobby.
If you are sensitive to scents avoid the lobby.
The suites are big and the strip view is pretty good. When going out, take a cab.. Walking to the strip is not that convenient if you don't like going through the mall.
Great hotel. There is no casino in here so that can be a plus or minus depending on what you are looking for. They gave me a free upgrade!
