The customer service here is beyond great!
Penthouse rooms are fantastic, the washer/dryer & iron are cheap nonsense. Good grief, splurge on decent appliances.
Everything here is over the top: the 23,000-square-foot spa, 24-chair salon owned by celebrity stylist Anthony Cristiano, and personal attaché service (which includes access to a Cadillac).
5 star service that you would expect from anything connected to Donald Trump. Got the same 5 star service from Echo Limousine, their preferred car service. Bottled water in every car.
This hotel is probably the classiest and cleanest hotel in Vegas. Rooms are big with kitchen even, and the bed is sooo comfy! Amazing views and quiet rooms. Pool closes if it rains... Bad luck weather

Tons of random noises all night long. Sounded like someone throwing pebbles at my window. Sink handle broke off. Shower temperature couldn't make up its mind. Not my fave hotel...
I LOVE this hotel! Beautiful, helpful staff and super comfortable bed. Our room is amazing!
