Okay in a pinch They can get the parts you need after they search for a while, but they act like you are imposing on them. The prices are high compared to other places in the area. If it's service and knowledge you want, and you have time, try somewhere else.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS These people do not like the business they are in. That is the impression I have received every time I went there. Twice I took equipment for service and the service took too long, the price was too high and the equipment failed due to falty service. I went there for parts once and stood and waited until someone got off their butt to help me. The service was terrible and they don't know their products and just plain don't like people. Very Bad Service Experience I took my log splitter there and it took 4 weeks for simple service. They forgot to check the hydraulic fluid level after the service and it overflowed onto my garage floor. I contacted the BBB and they contacted the owner John - he said that a 4 week turnaround and a little fluid spillage was not a big deal.I would not recommend this facility - service level is very poor.
Ripoff Two years in a row I took my lawn mower in for servicing and both experiences were horrible. It was well before the season started, a part needed to be ordered and I was told it would be done in one week. The second week I called since I had heard nothing only to find out my lawn mower was just sitting there and had not been looked at. I was lied to and told there were 50 machines ahead of me, yet when I dropped it off I was told no machines had come in yet. The part was not ordered and I was told it would be another ... read more
Beware I took my mower there for repair the turn around time was average and the price high. I had to wait 4 week for the repair and it was off season. I try another place next time.
Trumbauer's Lawn & Rec Inc is slow I cannot say they don't know what they are dong, but i can say it takes a long time for you to get any type of repairs completed. I have taken my mower there and had to call multiple times as each date I was promised would pass without the repair being completed.
