There are no words for how outstanding their customer service is. From the first call to make our reservation to the two staff members who crawled under our table to help find my daughter's ring that slipped off her finger. The food was amazing, but the highlight was our waiter, Chick, who engaged our 13 year old daughters immediately and was extremely attentive to my husband and I. Love this place
We wre given a gift certificate to Trulucks's and didn't know what to expect. What we received: -Positive professional greeting -a before diner drip and appetizers in the bar were served with a friendly cheer -an exquisite diner served with fine elegance that I haven't seen in years. -the choices of crab were many, and were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Sadly we were to full to sample their deserts, next time. I recommend this to all wanting a fine meal for a great value.
A most perfect , lovely dinning experience. Loved the crab & perfectly prepared steak from begining to end including the perfect sounding entertainment! Not to mention the the incredible service! Thanks Matt our waiter for taking such great care of us ! Thanks again to Ralph Lizarraga Associate Manager! !
