The food is always good each and every time! You eat here, you will be hooked on the Rolls Royce Lobster!!
I emailed ahead about vegan options, and they made a very tasty miso glazed tofu. Best tofu I've had at a carnivore restaurant. Lovely venue, great staff, and they validate self park under the hotel and also offer valet parking.
Our favorite restaurant in the San Diego La Jolla, Ca area. Matt was our waiter last night and gave us "over the top" service. The steaks and dessert were on point. I really love the valet parking with their flat rate fees too! We'll be back!!
I enjoy Trulucks food and service generally, but this evening they seemed to be a bit off. It all begins with that greeting as you enter, which was very impersonal and the hostess was frowning. Our waiter was good, but felt like he rushed us throughout the meal. Really who doesn't offer coffee at the end of the meal? Trulucks had one more opportunity to redeem as we left; not a thank you or goodbye. Hmmm. This would not have happened at Flemings.

AMAZING experience celebrating bae's 24 birthday. We had the crab cake for an appetizer, omg omg omg. Can't wait for something else to celebrate so we can return.
We went there for our anniversary dinner. It was a spectacular, excellent dinner. We had the calamari for appetizer, but before that we were served with some bread and butter,,, and I was so amazed at the server that whenever I had some crumbs on the table , he would come and sweep it off the table with a butter knife . My husband had the steak and lobster. The steak was buttery tender and the lobster was sweet. I had the lobster stuffed with crab.. The calamari was tender too ,,, not rubbery . Will be going there again .

Went to Truluck's tonight for dinner. Every detail was 5-star. Great food, atmosphere, service. I highly recommend Truluck's for an excellent dining experience.
