TruHeart was extraordinary in every way with my mother. Brittni went above and beyond to make sure that Mom's care was exactly what she needed and also covered under Medicare. Our weekend nurse, Laura, got all the equipment sent so Mom would be more comfortable. Our weekday nurse, Wendy, kept me in the loop every step of the way (I'm in Arkansas). TruHeart Hospice went above and beyond in my father’s end of life care. I will never be able to fully express the compassion, concern, and love that the whole team brought to our family. Anytime we called we had immediate response/action/answers on their end. They made sure we had all supplies needed, all of our questions answered at any time of the day. I will forever be grateful for this company, and will recommend them to anyone caring for a loved one.
The hospice care they provided for my mom recently went above & beyond what I could have expected. They were very communicative, and did a great job of keeping me informed as to what was going on at all times.
Just like other reviewers said they do not come with supplies. Rude and unprofessional. Same can be said for thier clinical manager. Her attitude was how dare i ask them to bring supplies next time. My insurance covers all of thier costs but they are to lazy and incompetent to come prepared. Very rude and unprofessional. You can find much better. These clowns are tertible.
