Unprofessional. False information given regarding safety of products. They have destroyed my whole backyard where I asked them not to do anything just leave it the way it was and just do other areas in the front and side of the house. They keep sending people to my home to add more chemicals even though I canceled their contract the day of their first service because of unprofessionalism. And they are trespassing and I’m now damaged more on my property.
Brandon checked over my lawn before knocking on the door. He told me he was going to apply a granular fertilizer which would help my stressed lawn when it rained in two days. He noticed that there were no weeds which made my day! There has been very little rainfall for a month now and my lawn needs all the help it can get.
Our specialist was here today for our yard’s weed & feed. BTW, we continue to get compliments for how great our yard looks. While here, I asked the specialist if he could get a follow-up scheduled for our purple sand cherry bushes as we noticed some leaf damage. After the weed & feed application, he said “I’ll just go ahead & spray them now if you would like.” Awesome!!!👏🏽 Another quality experience with TruGreen!😎
