Aggressive tactics, unscheduled and unauthorized access to the property to then try to sell pest control services on top of the 3 phone calls where I declined the service in advance. Weeds got worst after first application - almost like they seeded weeds instead of killing them. I expressed that a crab grass preventative / control should be applied the first time - it wasn't. They did come out and re-treat the front yard - but not the backyard. I'm work from home, but no one rings or knocks. Disappointed and I'm considering ... read more
