When we lived in Charlotte, we used TruGreen for 15 years and were frequently told that we had the best lawn on our street. When we moved to Taylorsville and built a home, we put down sod. I thought it would pretty much take care of itself, but after a year I saw crabgrass take over, as well as other weeds. Also, the color was not as dark green as it had been.
