On one particular occasion, I was pleased to get a very informative and honest phone all about the state of my lawn and it's need for more frequent treatments. They go the extra mile with reminders about your upcoming appointment, a knock on the door to see if you have any questions for them, and a smile and wave as they head down the road. Our yard even won 'Yard of the Month'. What a great company!!
