My lawn is very healthy and green. I appreciate that the specialist addresses my concerns about weeds, spots, etc. The specialists all seem to be very friendly. I appreciate that they notify me when they are on my property. However, I am not sure it is necessary to call me the night before that they are coming. I have been a customer for many years and have referred friends and family to your services. The specialist are very professional and knowledgeable. I do think the prices are a little high but the service is good.
As for TruGreen taking care of my Lawn, I have to give them a 10 out of 10. My Service Person that takes care of my lawn explains what he is going to do and why he is doing it. He is polite and understanding for the needs of my lawn care.
I'm satisfied with the service.
I appreciate the personal tone in the note/receipt given at the end of the service. I also appreciate the streamlined way of paying via the phone.That operator never sounds hurried, or too cute for me.
