I was notified the day prior to the service which left me an option. The representative announced our arrival, completed the treatment, and advised me of what he did and his observations about issues I might want to address. My lawn areas look great.
TruGreen has done an excellent job of greening up my lawn, keeping weeds to a minimum, or non existent and focusing treatments based on the current state of the turf.
I had a new sod lawn installed a year ago in April and TruGreen has helped keep it as beautiful as the day it was installed, and helped me with tips on how to care for it with mowing and trimming.
My lawn basically died a few yrs back during a very dry summer while I was out of town attending to my father's passing. Trugreen came along side and guided me and provided treatments that revitalized the lawn to its previous resodded state.
The technicians are informative, polite, quick and answer all questions.
