That the service gets done between the times they say they are going to be there. The app is wonderful and lets you know when the guy is headed to your home. Also, with one treatment I haven�t seen any of the horrible crabgrass that I keep getting citations for with my hoa. So the product that they use actually works.
TruGreen has been a great company to work with. Very professional and organized. They do what they say they will do, and they do it when they say. It's hard to get better than that. The service is reasonably costed and in my opinion.the staff has exceeding my expectations.

Trugreen really cares about doing a good job. If issues (or weeds) pop up, they are ready to eradicate the problems.
They do a really nice job.
