I own and operate The Golfers Academy Inc @Golfersacademy in Burlington, ON and we recently switched simulator companies and purchased 4 Trackman units and have linked them with TruGolfs software from E6. The accuracy of Trackman coupled with the best simulator software has made our indoor golf centre stand above our competition. TruGolf has been a great addition to our #indoorgolf business. Not only do I love and enjoy my Trugolf simulator which I have had now for over 2 and a half years. But all that time has passed and am still treated like a new customer. I received support today for an issue with the new software update,.had a phone call from technical support and while on the phone received another call from a trugolf representstive while on the phone with trugolf. Now that is what I call customer support. Problem was resolved and I cannot express how happy I am with the simulator and support from the trug... read more
I have a Trugolf system less than 2 years old and never get to use if because it pisses me off every time. It only works 20% of the time then you have to unplug it and restart everything to get it working again. The support there is as bad as their products. I have called many times. I would look else where before I wasted money on a Trugolf system.
I have improved my game drastically by practicing every day on a TruGolf simulator.
