Spent two days trying to get this software to work… awful experience.
There technical support doesn't have the best follow through and they can rarely ever tell you what the issue is on the first call. Our machine has worked a total of 6 times in 5 years. This is not good for a piece of equipment that cost so much and is one of the staple pieces and highlights of our community. It sucks that no one ever gets to use it. Received the TruGolf Home Swing Studio as a gift. After about 45 minutes of trying to connect the device to the TV, I finally figured out that it is not compatible for smart TV’s. The problem was that I found no reference to that in the manual or in the E6 reference card, but in tiny print in the in the Safety and Handling insert that came in the sealed pack of instructions that says "Compatibility: IOS 9+". In price - quality to ball/club tracking comparision the best indoor system on the market - E6 delivers very good golf game and trutrack or truflight are getting a good read of the ball and the club. If you are seeking for a professional system - without spending a fortune you are at the right spot!
I’ve been playing on true golf e6 software on full swing machines. They have ion cameras. Very accurate. Always loved it. One complaint. Why does it have a yellow flag on a yellow grid that’s always on a line and you can’t see he hole? Full swing says it’s an e6 problem and not theirs. What gives? Everyone I play league with complains about it. Should be an easy fix.
