Amazing and professional service From start to finish he exceeded my expectations and my loan was easily approved.
Do not recommend: Got my own appraisal to get an idea of listing price as I was selling my home; upon getting the document it said my sales price was "N/A" so I asked and was advised an apprasial for listing price wasnt done?; that was the entire point of the appraisal, I've since listed my home and gotten 2 other appraisals at a +$20k difference. Also was not advised debit or credit cards were not accepted until after "appraisal" was completed so she only accepted cash which to me seems like a strange business practice. Wil... read more
