Very rude receptionist. I called them back because my appointment got cancelled and I needed to reschedule and I nicely told the lady that I'm calling back to reschedule my appointment and as I'm talking she tries to stop me and talks over me saying "M'AM M'AM I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU NOW THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED CALL BACK ON MONDAY" and I'm like oh okay I didn't know this sorry? I'm a first time patient and now I'm having second thoughts going here..

Very kind np, doctors and staff. I’m a lot to handle during my visits but they are always accommodating
I’ve left this office multiple voicemails asking to pay off my remaining balance so I could make my appointment. I am pregnant for the first time and explained that multiple times in voicemails and on the phone, no one has gotten back to me. Left voicemails for their billing department multiple times because no one ever answers that line. They refuse to make you any future appointments until you pay what you owe. Two weeks went by until I gave up. Unreliable office. I do not recommend.
If you care about yourself don’t go here. They constantly cancel your appointments. There’s a complete lack of due diligence and care for their patients. If you ask them to look into something they’ll just defer you to your physician instead of actually taking you seriously and running more tests. I once went to my appointment 5 minutes late because their parking lot is terrible and vehicles block every pathway and they turned me away giving me such unprofessional attitude.
