I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this office. From the beginning, the supervisor has been extremely unprofessional—hanging up on my calls, canceling surgeries that my insurance confirmed were covered, and refusing to provide basic communication. When I asked to speak directly with my doctor, I was told flat out by the supervisor that the doctor “refuses to talk to me” and that I “have no rights to speak with her.” That is shocking and unacceptable. Very unprofessional, no patient advocate . They don’t care about their patients AT ALL, very rude, they don’t do their job as supposed to or care about patients care . I am pregnant & I asked for whatever I need & speak up to advocate for myself & they argue with me & make it seem as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. The staffs, manager, & receptionist whoever takes call are as well TERRIBLE . There should NOT be a place like this existing AT ALL . Making my whole pregnancy experience hard for me instead of easy.

Very rude receptionist. I called them back because my appointment got cancelled and I needed to reschedule and I nicely told the lady that I'm calling back to reschedule my appointment and as I'm talking she tries to stop me and talks over me saying "M'AM M'AM I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU NOW THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED CALL BACK ON MONDAY" and I'm like oh okay I didn't know this sorry? I'm a first time patient and now I'm having second thoughts going here..
