My dog's doctor pre-ordered medication for me to pay for through the true pill company. I paid $20 for one to two day delivery. My dog's medication was pre-approved by the vet at the time of purchase. My vet clinic recently switched to Vetcove, who uses truepill to distribute medication. My dog has a painful condition that requires Atopica to treat. I paid extra for priority shipping. The package shows up 7 days later than what I paid for. They have “priority shipping” options on their website, but it’s only there to get more money out of your pocket and into theirs.
Our vets use Truepill for online prescription ordering. Our cat needed Atopica for a skin condition. The first order took four days to get to us. The second, autoship order was sent out a week later than scheduled and then took five days to come. Our cat was without medication for 9 days, setting her back to square one.
