Work as discussed when setting up appointment was not completed. Charged $125 for roughly 15 minutes of mowing. Invoice clearly stated edging and trimming were to be completed but were not. When I sent an email with pictures, they said they typically double the mowing price of $50 for their first time customers and add fees for the day of service. Completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice. Will not be using them again. Worth the warning to others. Don’t get robbed
Agreed To know the lawn and Promised to come but never showed up . Very poor integrity and commitment to service and Their word.
They did a great job on my spring cleanup and I believe for a fair price. Great guys and they worked really hard as my lawn was way neglected.
