Would not recommend booking on alt apps like booksy/getsquire. My appt was cancelled by either barber or barbershop and was charged a cancellation fee for their cancelling. FRAUD! contacted booksy who states they cant help and contacted the barber (gilson) directly who read my messages and did not reply or resolve. the money isnt alot but its the principal and the fraudulent/unethical practices going on.

Hands down the best barbershop on Staten Island. I’ve been going to Jeff’s for over 2 years now, and no matter who you sit with, you’re guaranteed to walk out with a perfect haircut every single time. The whole team is super skilled and consistent, which is rare to find here on Staten Island. The shop itself is always spotless, and the atmosphere is professional but still welcoming. I had a bad experience at this barbershop recently. When I arrived, there was only one lady available, so I went to her for a haircut. I explained how I wanted my hair cut and gave her some instructions, but she immediately cut me off and said, “Don’t tell me, I know what to do.” That attitude was already a red flag.
