Amazing studio, encouraging staff, and the BEST workout!
I don’t know where to start! From management to child care to instructors everyone has been BEYOND kind and helpful. every single girl that works in childcare was RAVED about to me from the community. The instructors are so friendly and it makes working out not-so-intimidating. The classes have modifications for everyone on their exercise journey! This studio deserves every bit of 5 stars!
“I came for the workout and stayed for the community.”-quote from a workout buddy, and it’s so true! Great workout, always challenging, with definite results. Everything is modifiable, so you can get stronger while coming back from an injury or if you’re not in as good of shape as you’d like to be. And you will see all ages and body types in your classes. It’s a welcoming and judgement-free zone.
