I love Crystal at True Waxology she is always on time efficient and a gem. Always a clean happy place. Very sanitary
I love this salon! Prompt, professional, & clean, plus the staff are welcoming and skilled. The various services, (many of which I have tried) are consistently high quality and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. I recommend True Waxology!

I am always pleased with my experience at True Waxology. The shop is clean and easy to get to. The staff (Marissa in particular) is attentive and friendly, which helps makes the time pass by fast. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
This place is great! I came for the sugaring and stayed for the quality of service. I have been sugared by autumn and Marisa and they are both outstanding at what they do. This place is a gem and I would highly recommend it for anybody in the east bay looking for an enjoyable hair removal experience. Their space is great and their products are amazing as well (most are local and handmade). Come here!
OMG! The best best facial I have ever received. I am hooked on the service, the staff and the facilities. The owner is so nice and helpful. I absolutely love this place and I am looking forward to their other services.
