RecommendedI love that True Vitality is my one stop shop with chiropractic and massage services. Dr. Julian and Shannon make every experience enjoyable. Dr. Julian is extremely knowledge with his chiropractic services. He talks to you in such a way that provides educational information without it being too technical. Shannon provides complete comfort and the ultimate relaxation with her massages. She truly has heavenly hands. I’ve seen her for prenatal massages and can’t wait for my first postpartum massage.
RecommendedI cannot recommend Dr. Julian enough! I have been going to him my entire pregnancy and I plan on bringing my son in to see him as well once he's born. Dr. Julian truly takes the time to get to know you and never makes you feel rushed. I will never go anywhere else!
RecommendedMy son and I both see Dr. Julian for chiropractic adjustments and I see Rachel for massage therapy. My son has been coming here since he was 3 weeks old and I saw so much improvement in him that I had to try it myself! Dr. Julian is so gentle with him, and I can tell my son feels better after visits. Rachel has been fantastic in my 2 massages - being a mom has made me pretty tense and she and Dr. Julian have made a huge difference in my comfort level! I definitely recommend this practice!

RecommendedStarted taking my son that is 2 months old for Torticollis, after the first visit it was like night and day difference. He is turning his head both ways and it does not seem like it hurts! Highly recommend Dr. Julian!
RecommendedDr. Julian is the best! He is friendly, professional, very thorough, and he listens to your concerns. I am not sure how I would’ve made it through my pregnancy without his assistance. They are very prompt with their appointment times and the office environment Is lovely. Every employee that I met was polite and friendly. I would recommend True Vitality to anyone especially for pregnancy chiropractic care.
