RecommendedFound my new chiropractor! 👍🏼 I saw Dr. Julian for a chiropractic visit at 38 weeks pregnant. He asked me detailed questions and listened well. When he did begin working on me he explained what he was doing and how it would help. He even took the time to show me how to work on my problem areas at home. My body felt great after my visit. I’ll be back again soon!
I have been to other chiropractor and I wasn’t feeling a relief. Came to see Dr Julian and with the first adjustment I was feeling better. He listens to you and care! Shannon is the best massage therapist I have ever been too. The massages really helps me! Everyone in the office are so nice! I recommend True Vitality 100%
Dr Julian is a very knowledgeable, caring, professional chiropractor. He takes his time with you and really wants to connect and understand his clients to support and treat them in the best way. I would highly recommend him. :)

My daughter convinced me to go see Dr. Giles at True Vitality, and I am so glad I did... I’m 64 years old and my shoulder and neck hurt as well as my left hip.. I walked like a penguin... and I carry a lot of stress with me... Dr. Giles has relieved a lot of my aches and pains... and I have noticed a lot of the stress in my body was leaving.. Dr. Julian is the best!! He figured out that I have degenerative disk disease in my neck when no other doctor could figure out why I am in so much pain! I am sad that I can't see him anymore because of it, but very grateful for all he did for me!! I would recommend him anytime any day... he is Awesome!
