We are so very happy with our van rebuild. True vans attention to detail shows their commitment to craftsmanship that’s exceptional. All our concerns were addressed and Fernando and Jaime were always available with suggestions that helped with our decision making. Thank you True Van for making our dream camper van a reality.
Giving these boys 5 stars. Not to say that it was not a stressful experience but Fernando and Jamie communicated with us every step of the way. We even had our van shipped out from florida which seemed sketchy at first. Fernando was helpful and encouraging. If I had one piece of feedback. It would be that we did not know out 5K deposit was not refundable. It wouldn’t change anything now and I am glad we stuck with it. But that was really the only complaint. Where do I start? Projects this size always have hiccups, but this team is amazing. Fernando, Jaime, and Jon have been wonderful to work with. As I shake down my van they have held my hand with patience every step of the way. I am confident that no matter what comes up in the future they will assist.
